This decision comes after MTN’s resolve to streamline its operations for maximum efficiency and minimize paperwork. And by taking advantage of IDS’s knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and its expertise in designing efficient solutions, MTN hopes to obtain a system that boosts employee productivity, enhances control functions and harnesses the benefits of 'crowd sourcing' amongst its employees .
