Donation and Sponsorship System (DSS) is a windows based client-server application. It integrates a ‘Public Relation’ System which is an address book of persons. DSS helps users record donations from peoples and the occasions by which those donations happened. Complete reports could be made as to whom or what was paid in a certain occasion.

DSS contains a special module for handling orphans and in-need children. Personal information with multiple addresses along with social status and academic progress of each child is maintained.

The most important part of DSS is maintaining sponsorships for those children by different persons. A sponsorship is a monetary value that covers all costs of a child within a whole year. People are free to set a complete or partial sponsorship.

DSS contains sophisticated search features and powerful reporting mechanisms. Role based security and access based security is a key feature in organizing access to critical information.
