  • Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Experience: 
    • Experience in writing proposals/bids
    • Experience in ERP, Accounting, Inventory, and Payroll

Tasks and Duties:

  • Write proposals and bids
  • Advise on bid / no bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical customers
  • Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies
  • Work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
  • Work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
  • Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers
  • Prepare content and material for events / social media
