The project of Kuwait's Ministry of Interior (MOI): Electronic Document Archive Filing System of The National Traffic and Transport “E-Archiving” included the following:

• Development and implementation of software for fully operational Electronic Document Archive Filing System
• Managing all application/requests received by General Directorate of Traffic different governorates and other relevant office.
• A system consisting of two modules:

1- Administration Portal: used by administrators to define the various lookups, the locations, the users. By this portal, administrators can also track all actions done in both portals.

2- Application Portal: used by general users. It is the main portal, through which users can scan, view and adjust files. From this portal, special users can also access the statistical reports, replaced files and cancelled transactions.

The electronic archiving system referred to as “E-Archiving” targets at going paper less, by storing and saving electronically Vehicle Registration, Driving License and Vehicle Inception documents. These documents are related to different transactions received by the GDT premises, and they will be properly organized, referenced and easily retrieved when needed.
