IDS has updated Arsel mobile application.
The app now has the ability to check the QoS of Qatari service provider through automatically checkup of signal strength and posting results. In addition, the engine will study the result to automatically open tickets for unsatisfactory ones without any interaction, it will also generate tests to make sure if the case is valid for more quality testing.
