The project aims to analyze, review and standardize 100 selected government transaction forms across 12 ministries in terms of look, feel, size, and content. The 100 selected government forms are developed, published, and made interactive, for “print and fill” or “fill and print”. The project is also meant to place standards and guidelines for all future Government forms development and management. The forms are then be hosted on a web portal accessible to all citizens. The final filled in and printed forms will also have a two-dimensional barcode that the ministry officials can read.

Part of the project is also to research how to modify the current workflows for forms submission and approval to make it more effective and client-centric. This effort serves as a foundation for any future efforts by the Government of Lebanon to move from the basic interactive forms hosted on the web towards a complete online e-service solution.
