IDS launched two websites for Emkan, one for Emkan NGO and another for Emkan Finance.
Emkan NGO is a Lebanese non-governmental organization with the main purpose of improving the standards of living for the marginalized low-income individuals in rural communities in Lebanon. IDS built the website for the NGO to promote the economic activities they stimulate and the facilities that they provide such as the Berrad Fneideq, Souk Akkar and the Akkar Agricultural Center.
Emkan Finance S.A.L on the other hand, is a Lebanese financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Lebanon and established by Bankmed. For the purpose of expanding their services and reaching out to more individuals in Lebanon, they decided to uplift their online exposure by building a website that covers all their services and gives all the needed information about the micro-loans that they provide.
The websites are both bilingual (English & Arabic) and follow the latest practices in web design.
